Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges

All store items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless authorized by Long Ridge Natural Dyes/Long Ridge Farm. Any additional shipping charges incurred for returns or exchanges for shipping will be charged to you in advance.

Damaged Goods

If goods appear to have been damaged in transit a case needs to be opened with the carrier. As part of this process, photo documentation is required showing damage to the product. The customer must keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled. Long Ridge Natural Dyes/ Long Ridge Farm is not liable for damages once the shipment is in the hands of any carrier.

Order Disputes

You, the purchaser, have 7 days from date of shipping delivery to dispute your order. Your dispute must include images of original packaging and contents. Long Ridge Natural Dyes / Long Ridge Farm keeps shipping information and packaging images as confirmation in such disputes.

Refused Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and complete. Long Ridge Natural Dyes/ Long Ridge Farm will not be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. In the case where a shipment is returned to us for an incorrect address, you, the customer, are entitled to a refund for cost of goods minus shipping charges or you may reorder, and you will pay the new shipping charges incurred.
